You're charged per visit using the card on file. Your membership only covers exterior window cleanings — any additional services can be added on the spot by simply letting your technician know during their visit.
Memberships can't be paused, but you can cancel or change your cadence at any time with at least 24 hours' notice before your next scheduled visit. The only catch: if you cancel before your second scheduled visit, the first-visit discount is added back to your next invoice. After that, you're free to go — no penalties.

If measurable rain hits your fresh-cleaned exterior within 7 days, we re-clean it free.
